With Easter coming up soon, I’ve put together some of my favourite vegan desserts from my website that’ll be perfect for the occasion!
The list has a lot of desserts that are great for sharing like tarts and slices, but also includes some treats that would also work just for you! You’ll notice plenty of caramel, chocolate and some citrus, all the best flavours for this time of year.
Let’s get started!
1. Vegan Chocolate Custard Tart
This double chocolate tart already has a creamy chocolate custard filling with a chocolate walnut crust but top it off with some broken up easter egg pieces and BAM, even better and perfect for an easter dessert.
2. The Best Vegan Salted Caramel Tart
Another tart great for occasions! This one is filled with a creamy salted caramel filling in an almond oat shell. Need I say more?
3. Vegan Lemon Curd Tart
If you prefer a citrus flavoured dessert, this Lemon Curd Tart is for you. It has a creamy lemon curd filling that goes perfect topped with fresh strawberries.
4. Vegan Salted Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake
This is my goto cheesecake! You can’t go wrong with the salted caramel and chocolate combination, and decorating the top makes this dessert look extra special. It’s sweetened with dates and coconut sugar, making it a little healthier too!
5. Vegan Snickers Rice Crispy Treats
We’re moving onto slices now, starting with these Snickers Rice Crispy Treats. They have 2 lots of dark chocolate, a gooey date caramel mixed with chopped peanuts and a crunchy rice crispy layer.
6. Vegan Vanilla Custard Slice
Another really creamy dessert! This time it’s a vanilla custard filling between some flaky pastry. This dessert is also only 6 ingredients!
7. Vegan Chocolate Custard Slice
I couldn’t not add the chocolate version when it’s Easter! It’s as good as the vanilla, it all just depends on what you’re in the mood for 😉
8. Vegan Passionfruit Slice
Something a little different from the usual choice are these passionfruit slices. They have a passionfruit layer on top of my favourite almond biscuit base. Only 9 ingredients are used and they’re super easy to whip up. There’s also a lemon version if you’d prefer that!
9. Vegan Salted Caramel Almond Balls
These are actually made of all healthy ingredients and work for any time of the day not just a good for you dessert! They’re fudge like inside with a crunchy almond coating. With only 7 ingredients, this no bake treat is super quick to make.
10. Vegan Salted Caramel Pudding
If you’re looking for a treat just for you, then this pudding may be just what you’re after. It’s a creamy salted caramel custard pudding that’s 6 ingredients and takes less than 25 minutes to make. There’s also a chocolate version which I’ll also link below!
