Back on Track Chocolate Chia Pudding is my go-to dessert when it’s time to start eating a bit healthier after a time of overindulging! My body is still craving something sweet at that point, and this is when chocolate chia pudding is especially good.
It’s vegan, gluten-free and naturally sweetened. Takes 5 minutes to put together and it’s only 5 ingredients, plus it’s even healthy enough to have for breakfast!
I definitely recommend using the coconut milk as this is what makes the puddings extra creamy.
I like to add some strawberries if I have some and naturally sweetened chocolate on top.
